On the Crewt website, you'll be asked to submit the specific role requirements. the name, a description, and most importantly, how many stages are in your hiring process. That's all we need to get started.

From there, your own custom Applicant Tracking System is created for the role, giving full visibility to everyone involved in the hiring process, from stages to attending interview members its all visible. Bet you've never had that from an agency recruiter before.

All applicants are automatically dropped into your ATS and ranked using Crewt AI - no chasing or pleading for you to meet candidates, just active, interested talent dropped in.
